First
Trade Registry (FTR) is NOT an Auto Dealer.
FTR is representing the owner of this
vehicle. FTR is providing a service for an
individual, company or dealer wishing to
sell a vehicle. The description has come
from the FTR Partner who is working hand in
hand with the owner of the vehicle to bring
about a successful auction.
The FTR Partner has physically viewed the
vehicle, but some information has come from
the owner. FTR is not responsible for any
misrepresentation by the owner. If you have
any question concerning the vehicle please
direct them to the FTR Partner listed in the
description of the vehicle. If he/she does
not know the answer he/she will make every
effort to find out. Please
have all questions answered BEFORE bidding.
A Vehicle Inspection is offered to the
bidder either Before or After the eBay
auction has been won.

This vehicle is being sold without a
warranty. It is sold AS IS and WHERE IS. The
description above is for informational and
narrative purposes only. Information
containing serial numbers, engine numbers,
trim numbers and other codes with reference
to the authenticity of any vehicle offered
is guaranteed to be the same as contained
within a vehicle's ID plate or trim plate or
any other numbers as stamped into a vehicles
engine block, cylinder heads, transmission,
differential or other mechanical components
which make up the vehicle. The FTR Partner
has made a diligent effort to accurately
describe this vehicle but does not expressly
or implicitly guarantee the accuracy of the
above description. Prospective purchasers
are cautioned to conduct their own due
diligence, including a physical inspection
in person or through a qualified third party
inspector or appraiser before purchasing
this vehicle. We would welcome such an
inspection and will offer use of our 8 page
professional vehicle inspection form to your
third party inspector or appraiser.
First Trade Registry must receive a
...REASONABLE DEPOSIT... (Certified Check,
Cashiers Check or Money Order) within 3 days
of the close of the auction. PayPal or Wire
Transfer (bank to bank money transfer) is
accepted, with the buyer paying transaction
charges. This deposit is refundable in
the event the item has been materially
misrepresented by First Trade Registry or
the seller. The winning bidder has 10
days from the close of the auction to
inspect the vehicle or have a 3rd party
professional inspection done. First
Trade Registry can arrange for a
Professional 3rd Party Inspection.

If ten days pass, OR the vehicle has been
inspected by the winning bidder or a
representative of his/her choice and said
inspection is approved by buyer, the balance
(Winning bid less the REASONABLE DEPOSIT)
must be paid to the seller. For the most
part, the vehicles being offered are used,
they are not perfect, and it is unreasonable
to assume that every single flaw of the
vehicle can be listed. Such deficiencies as
an engine with grease or oil on it, a small
dent or scratch, a light not working, etc.,
does NOT constitute refusing to buy the car.
Major rust, undisclosed problems with the
frame, inferior undisclosed body repairs,
etc., would constitute a legitimate reason
for the buyer to refuse to purchase the
vehicle. In that situation, there will be an
attempt made to negotiate with the seller
and buyer to reach an agreeable solution. If
the sale is not completed, the Seller will
retain $50 of the down payment to cover cost
and effort in re-advertising.
We encourage all buyers to inspect the
vehicle themselves or have a 3rd party
qualified mechanic/restorer, etc., inspect
the vehicle before purchase.

We reserve the right to verify any bids to
ensure all bids are legitimate in order to
protect the interest of the seller. You are
entering into a legal and binding contract
to purchase this vehicle described above. If
you do not intend to purchase this item, do
not bid! Bidder must be able to pay
cash or have all loans PRE-APPROVED before
bidding on this vehicle! Unqualified
Bidding, Deadbeat Bidders, Bid Shielding,
Auction Interference, and any form of
harassment will be subject to legal
prosecution to the fullest extent of the
law. We are professionals in the business of
marketing vehicles. We take our eBay
auctions very seriously and so should you.
We reserve the right to notify bidders and
cancel this auction. We shall not be held
liable for any such cancellation and/or
closure. We reserve the right to cancel bids
from those with excessive negative or no
feedback. Bidder agrees to the jurisdiction
of THE PARTICULAR STATE (i.e., New York,
Florida, Virginia, etc., etc.) WHERE THE
PARTNER IS LOCATED for all disputes. By
bidding, bidder accepts all the terms and
